Individual Counseling

For those in need of more in depth interventions to help heal their trauma and develop different ways of coping and behaving, Life Beyond Abuse offers four free individual counseling sessions, followed by referral to other sources or continued counseling on a sliding fee scale (some insurance is also accepted).
